Spotlight is an academic law review platform that helps writers and legal scholars submit and enrich their work and connect with the journal editors who evaluate and discover papers.

The Spotlight name, platform, and software are owned by Spotlight and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotlight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
